Hibachi Style Steak
Hibachi Steak
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
4 ounce steak of good quality such as ribeye or tenderloin, cut into 1” cubes
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Add olive oil to skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef and cook for three minutes.
Add onions, bell pepper and butter. Cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add soy sauce, stir and cook until beef is done, about 2 minutes.
Hibachi Steak

Prep Time: 5 minutes
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1 pinch salt
1 dash tobasco
1 teaspoon water
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate until serving.
