Bleu (or Blue) Cheese Dressing

 

Bleu Cheese Dressing

Prep Time: 5 minutes

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1 ounce creamy bleu cheese

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

3 teaspoons buttermilk, milk or water

Combine all ingredients except bleu cheese in a small mason jar or other air tight container and mix thoroughly. Add bleu cheese crumbles and gently stir.

Refrigerate until use. Will keep for up to one week in the refrigerator.
